Basic White Bread

Ingredients

  • 500g AP Flour
  • 320ml Tepid water
  • 10g Salt
  • 10g Yeast

Method

Combine all the infredient in a large bowl.

Mix together making a rough dough.

Tip out on to a floured work surface.

Knead for 10 mins, until dough is elastic.

Cover and let rise for 1 – 2 hours.

Tip out the dough on to the floured surface, punch out the air.

Shape into a loaf.

Place the loaf in a bread tin lined with parchment paper.

After 30 mins, preheat the oven to 400F.

Once proofing is complete, bake for 30 mins
